At ACM Pools, our swimming pool building process is relationship-oriented with an emphasis on customer involvement and satisfaction. We begin with a discovery meeting that allows our clients to articulate their needs including design and budgetary details. ACM will use this meeting as an opportunity to get to know the client and implementing their years of experience to deliver the client’s dreamscape within reasonable time and budgetary restrictions. After the discovery meeting, our in-house design team creates a preliminary design that suits the needs that our client specified during the initial meeting. Specialty software allows our design team to create a 3D design that gives the illusion of the pool from the view of a person standing on the deck. This allows clients to experience a realistic view of what their future backyard could potentially look like. Once our design team has completed the preliminary design, we review it with the client and make any necessary changes to ensure complete client satisfaction. At this point in the swimming pool building process, clients are also able to tour previous projects to help gain insight of what the end result could yield for them personally. Once the client has approved all design elements, ACM Pools will break ground to begin the project. Generally, the pool installation alone will take an average of six weeks to complete and additional time will be added if other aspects, like water features or landscaping, are added. For each additional feature, a week is traditionally added to the average time of completion for the overall project. From start to finish, ACM Pools is in constant contact with the client and will be available for any and all meetings that the client requires to feel completely comfortable with the new addition to their home.
